Q) What is the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys?

A) The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, or NACBA, is the only national organization dedicated to serving the needs of consumer bankruptcy attorneys and protracting the rights of consumer debtors in bankruptcy. The NACBA currently has more than 4,000 members located in all fifty (50) states. The NACBA acts as an advocacy group in order to see to it that both attorney and consumer debtor concerns are heard as it relates to the bankruptcy laws that are enacted by Congress.
